Our Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges only for defective or damaged items. All sales are final unless the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange. To qualify:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos showing the damage or defect
- Provide your order number
- Item must be unworn and unused (unless the defect prevents use)
Return Shipping Costs
US Customers: FREE return shipping for defective or damaged items. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
International Customers: Standard shipping fees apply for returns. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at support@shopppercastle.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return (defect/damage)
- Include clear photos showing the damage or defect
- We'll review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours
- Ship the item back to us following our instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refund or Exchange Options
For approved defective/damaged returns, you may choose:
- Refund: Full refund to your original payment method (minus international return shipping costs if applicable)
- Exchange: Replacement of the same item at no additional cost
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Your refund or exchange item will then be processed according to our standard timeframes:
- Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear in your account after approval
- Exchanges: Shipped according to our standard processing times (1-10 days depending on product type)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Custom/personalized jewelry - All custom orders are final sale unless the item arrives defective or damaged
- Lingerie that has been worn or had tags removed - Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel that has been worn or had tags removed, unless the item arrived defective
- Items returned after 14 days - Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags - Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached (unless defective)
Important Notes
Quality Guarantee: We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will make it right at no cost to you (US customers receive free return shipping; international customers pay return shipping only).
Proof Required: To process a defective/damaged claim, we require photographic evidence. Please take clear photos of the defect or damage before returning the item.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges: If you request an exchange for a defective item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost to you.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection if needed
- We will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or refund
